《瓶中稿》這一集，是其有史以來最熱鬧的一輯。在央廣錄音室的現場，來了六位從泰國及菲律賓的樂手朋友，接受節目的專訪。他們在五號錄音室共錄了五首歌曲，但因為時間所限，主持人只選播了其中三首，餘下的珍貴錄音，請樂友留意即將啟始的節目專屬的YT頻道。六位海外友人同屬一個亞洲民間組織Musicians for People's peace & progress（AMP3）。
他們從2010年開始嘗試在東南亞各國的民間樂手之間，串聯起一個社群網絡，用民間音樂團結面對日益嚴峻的國際社會危機。專訪中他們除了分享了自己創作的歌謠，更介紹了組織的歷史背景，一路過來對當今世界的觀見和對未來社會的願景，由主持人配音。大家分享。

“Ploen Lam Kong – Being lost in thought with Mekong River”
The Mekong River swiftly flows through serpent track from the Himalayas, China, Myanmar to Thailand.
It then passes through Laos, Cambodia and exiting at the southern part of Vietnam to a sea.
Mekong is a great river in Southeast Asia.
People on both sides of the Mekong River have connections and can rely on it for a living,
growing vegetables and catching fish to earn for life.
They dwell upon islands and hills, making a living within the Mekong River basin,
have safe and sound life in the Mekong River basin.
Until today with thousands of years, the Mekong River has never been dried up.
The beautiful islands and islets with cliffs are there.
All marine creatures, such as: giant catfish, demersal fish, greater black shark, and snail eater pangasius
are living together in Mekong ecosystem.
The river is running through with wishes and faiths of communities adhering there.
Their life are stably rooted and become faithful Mekong descendant.
Their life will change when the Mekong is blocked by dam structures.
From the up- till down- stream, the people are frightened when it comes down on it.
Mekong dams are changing the Mekong River.
These dams block and change the Mekong River.
How will the people survive?
The life balance with self-reliance has disappeared, and fish and crabs have decreased.
It is the relationship of people's lives, the life of the Mekong people bound together to rely on and connect.
If the Mekong is changed, our lives will have to change.
If we change the Mekong, our lives will be possibly threatened.
If we change the Mekong, our lives will certainly end.
